The Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Groningen has a position available for a postdoctoral fellow / researcher.
Requirements
Applicants should have recently obtained a Ph.D. (preferably cum laude) in philosophy, or in areas relating to philosophy. In addition, the applicant should be an excellent researcher who will be able to qualify at a later date for a research project funded by NWO.

Offer
The position is awarded for a period of two years. Maximum salary amounts toEUR 3315, – per month.Primary residency for the two-year period is Groningen.
Profile
The Faculty consists of four departments: History of Philosophy, Practical Philosophy, Theoretical Philosophy and Ethics. The philosophy taught at the Faculty is distinctive because of its philosophical diversity and its connection to scientific knowledge and current events (see http://www.rug.nl/philosophy for a more detailed description of the faculty’s teaching and research programmes’) .
